Active and Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no transactions have been made for a continuous period of 12 months.
Glitchspin reserves the right to suspend or delete inactive accounts, including but not limited to:

Chargeback Procedures
Glitchspin reserves the right to suspend an account during a chargeback request process, as per applicable laws and policies outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.
Upon receiving a chargeback request, Glitchspin will notify the account holder via email to confirm their identity and clarify the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. If a user’s account is blocked during the chargeback process and the user:

Closing a Glitchspin Account

If your account is closed due to gambling addiction or was blocked due to fraudulent activities, you agree not to create a new account on this Website. Glitchspin is not responsible for any losses incurred after the creation of a new account, and reserves the right to close any account that violates these terms.
